- Be active on your stories. Use interactive tools to provoke conversations.
- Always respond to DMs and comments in a timely genuine fashion so your followers know its welcomed and encouraged.
- Create strategies to prompt followers to engage. Eg. Ask a question in your captions.
- Position yourself as being approachable to your followers.

- People want to connect with you. To build a community it’s important to be open and authentic.
- Show behind the scenes content that shows your brands personality.
OUTBOUND/INBOUND INTERACTIONS
- Growing your platform to build a community is half the battle. You need to be actively liking, commenting and following new users to grow your page.
- You need to spend time using the app and scrolling your home feed to support others in your community in order to expect that in return.
